Drew is the Managing Director for Docusign Inc. in the Asia-Pacific region. His career has spanned over 30 years as a global business leader and professional Board Director in the information and communications technology (ICT) and telecommunications arena. He has held senior operational roles in the UK, Europe, India, US and Australasia. In addition to executive leadership roles, Drew has been responsible for start-ups, M&A transactions, and IPO activities, and describes himself as a “professional entrepreneur”.

Previous to Docusign, Drew was the Executive Vice-President of business markets at T-Mobile USA and was responsible for developing and executing their latest operational strategies in a US$7 billion division.

Prior to that, Drew was the President of Bharti Airtel Business in India and South East Asia, as well as Managing Director of Telstra International.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Science with commendation in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Western Scotland. He is a chartered engineer with the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Mobile Embrace Limited and Firstwave Cloud Technologies, as well as being a Non-Executive Director at ENICE, and LIMAS Stockwatch.

Paul Robson leads Adobe's business across the Asia Pacific region, one of the largest software companies in the world.

Prior to joining Adobe, Paul held executive and senior executive positions at Hewlett-Packard for over 10 years, and was the founding director of Wedding Gifts Direct.

Paul is on the Board of both the Association for Data-Driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA) and Tressillian (the Royal Society for the Welfare of Mothers and Babies).

Paul holds a Diploma in Market Research, a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, a Graduate Diploma in International Business and has attended a variety of general management and executive courses at institutions including the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, INSEAD and the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Julia has a more than 20 year career focused on creating growth and value, in the private and not for profit sectors in both Australia and Asia, across the advertising, finance, and oil industries. Having held senior commerce and finance positions at Sensis and BP, Julia has deep business knowledge developed through a career in key business functions: finance, corporate strategy, corporate advisory, and marketing.

Ms Mason is a director of the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) Board of Victoria and was previously Chairman of the Victorian State Emergency Services (VICSES), One in Five, and a director with VicUrban.

Julia also taught corporate finance in the masters programme with FinSia, the former Securities Institute of Australia. Julia was previously a director with SBDO, a Melbourne-based private equity business sourcing operational expertise and capital to back growth businesses.

Chris is currently the Chief Technology Officer of Qantas where he plays a leading role transforming the technology strategy and platforms, cyber security capability and IT operating model to better support its customers and digital aspirations.

Prior to Qantas, Chris held executive roles in the Middle East and UK with Etihad, Cable and Wireless and Detica.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Ph.D. (Aeronautical Engineering) from the University of Glasgow.

Zara brings 9 years of global experience focused on creating significant value for private, public and non-for-profit companies across all stages of business life cycles, from early stage startups to growth companies and multinational enterprises. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including Fintech, eCommerce, Cleantech, Mining, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Transportation & Principal Investments.

In her current role at Westpac, Zara has led multiple New Venture developments and the sourcing and execution of Fintech investments & Partnerships. She has hands-on experience working with Startups from Silicon Valley, UK and Australia and is currently a Lead Mentor at Stone & Chalk, advising the management team of two resident startups on a wide range of topics.

Prior to Westpac, Zara has worked in UBS Energy & Infrastructure Investment team in London, UK and as a management consultant at Monitor Deloitte in Canada. She also has extensive experience in financing, procurement & execution of public-private-partnership deals in North & South America.

Zara holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master’s degree in Earthquake Engineering (first class honours) from the University of British Columbia.

Jonathon has extensive experience in global finance, derivatives, commodities and risk management through his experience at the National Australia Bank. He also has experience running a private agriculture and farming business located in central west New South Wales.

Jonathon has worked as a commodities trader and managed debt books worth approximately $3 billion (comprising swaps and options and non-deliverable forwards) at the National Australia Bank. He currently manages a private business investing mainly in cotton production.

Jonathon’s skills and investment knowledge have been integral to the business delivering strong off-farm returns through various investments in technology in the Asia Pacific region.

Josh has significant experience within funds management, capital raising, mergers, acquisitions and divestments of projects by companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX").

Mr Puckridge has acted as an independent executive and non-executive director of multiple ASX listed companies. Josh has conducted multiple initial public offerings and reverse take overs of public companies.

Post working for Fleming Asset Management as a specialist Equity Capital Markets Advisor to its Special Opportunities Fund; Mr Puckeridge holds a number of director positions for ASX listed companies and is a director of Cicero Advisory Services. Mr Puckeridge is also sole director of ACN 608 646 251 Pty Ltd (AFSL 482 173).
